How do I personalise my card or gift?
Easy peasy! Choose your card or curated gift, in the checkout - craft your thoughtful message (up to 400 characters, select your preferred handwriting style, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Can I upgrade my card to include gifts?
Absolutely! Majority of our cards and gifts are upgradeable. Add up to three thoughtfully curated extras to your card or gift. Simply select your favourites during checkout, making your Thankly extra special.
Oops! What if I make a mistake on my message?
No worries! Contact us ASAP at orders@thankly.co with your order # and desired correction. Our team personally reviews each message and double-checks with you if anything looks off
Can I send my Thankly anonymously?
Yes, your secret's safe with us! Just skip including their name in the 'message' box, and we promise never to reveal sender details unless you tell us to.📦
Are your cards really written?
They sure look like it - and that’s the point.
All Thankly cards are created using real handwritten fonts, crafted from actual human handwriting. When we first launched, every single card was written by hand - pen to paper.
As our little business grew, so did demand. So we invested in handwritten-style printing technology that captures the warmth, charm, and flow of real handwriting - without losing the personal touch.
We’re also working on future tech that’ll let you replicate your own handwriting too. Because no one writes quite like you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each Thankly arrives beautifully presented in our premium gift box with a personal message inside. No extra wrapping needed - it's ready to delight from the moment it’s opened!
Can I send the same card or gift to multiple people?
Definitely! Choose our easy "multi-send" option at checkout. When selecting multiple gifts:
If sending to different addresses, ensure each recipient's details (name and address) are clearly filled in their unique recipient box.
If sending multiple gifts to the same address, enter the primary recipient’s name and address in all recipient boxes. Each recipient will still have their own message, even if duplicated.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all cards! For gifts, we keep it simple with a flat fee shipping rate of $14.95. Our reliable shipping partners include Australia Post and Sendle, selected based on your location and delivery requirements. Our shipping fees factor in both shipping and handling 🚚
For cards:
- Standard shipping: FREE stamp postage with no tracking link
- Priority with tracking link: $4.95 (for those curious, eager beavers)
- Express shipping: $8.95 (for when you need that extra zoom!)
For gifts:
- Standard shipping: Flat fee of $14.95
- Express shipping: $24.95 (for when you need that extra zoom!)
These options also apply to cards that have been upgraded to gifts.
How do I track delivery for my order?
Cards: Our complimentary shipping for card is via Standard Post (Snail mail) which means there is no tracking link. However, Priority Tracking is available at check-out for an additional fee

How long does delivery take?
For cards:
- Melbourne CBD: 2-3 business days
- VIC + Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other States + Rural: 4-8 business days
For gifts:
- Melbourne CBD: 2-3 business days

- Other States + Rural: 3-7 business days
