Can I send an anonymous card or gift?
Absolutely! Simply leave your name off the card. Your secret's safe with us - we never reveal sender details without permission! 🎁
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Thankly arrives perfectly presented in our premium gift box - no extra wrapping needed! Each delivery includes your personal message and is Instagram-ready! 📦
How do I send the same message to multiple people?
Need to spread the joy? Select our multi-send option at checkout, or email orders@thankly.co if you don't see it. We'll help you share the love! 💝

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all cards! For gifts, enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $120 or more (per address). Our reliable shipping partners include Australia Post and Sendle, selected based on your location and delivery requirements. Our shipping fees factor in both shipping and handling 🚚
For cards:
- Standard shipping: FREE stamp postage with no tracking link
- Priority with tracking link: $4.00 (for those curious, eager beavers)
- Express shipping: $8.00 (for when you need that extra zoom!)
For gifts:
- Standard shipping: Flat fee of $12.00 for orders under $120
- Standard shipping: FREE for orders $100 or more
- Express shipping: $20.00 (for when you need that extra zoom!)
These options also apply to cards that have been upgraded to gifts.
How do I track delivery for my order?
Cards: Our complimentary shipping for card is via Standard Post (Snail mail) which means there is no tracking link. However, Priority Tracking is available at check-out for an additional fee
