FREE SHIPPING

As of 1 August 2025, we offer FREE standard shipping on all cards! For gifts, standard shipping is a flat fee of $14.95 Australia-wide (per address). Our trusted delivery partners include Australia Post and Sendle, selected based on your location and the best delivery outcome. Shipping fees include both postage and careful handling.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

For cards:

  • Standard shipping: FREE stamp postage with no tracking link
  • Priority with tracking link: $4.95 (for those curious, eager beavers)
  • Express shipping: $8.95 (for when you need that extra zoom!)

For gifts:

  • Standard shipping: Flat fee of $14.95
  • Express shipping: $24.95 (for when you need that extra zoom!)

The 'gift' delivery options apply to cards that have been upgraded to gifts. We will determine on the appropriate packaging for your gift - nevertheless make sure it is presented beautifully and safely delivered.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are dispatched the next business day or same day for Melb Metro orders placed by 12pm. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding VIC public holidays) as the team need to recharge too. Here's what you can expect for standard delivery:

For cards:

  • Melbourne CBD: 2-3 business days
  • VIC + Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other States + Rural: 4-8 business days

For gifts:

  • Melbourne CBD: 2-3 business days
  • VIC + Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other States + Rural: 3-7 business days

📦 Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and based on our courier partners' expected timelines. We'll always do our best to get your Thankly there on time - but once it leaves our hands, it's in theirs. We do offer Express Shipping options if time-sensitive.

BULK DELIVERIES

For 4 or more gifts going to a single address, a flat bulk delivery fee of $20.95 applies.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Cards: Don't worry! Cards slip right into the mailbox.

Gifts: Delivery partners will try to find a safe spot. If a secure place isn't found, they'll leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection.

RE-DELIVERY FEES

A re-delivery fee applies if a gift or card is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or unclaimed parcel. This fee includes re-postage and re-processing.

  • Cards: $4.95
  • Gifts: $19.95

Important: Please triple-check the delivery details before placing your order - it ensures your thoughtfulness arrives on time and in the right hands!
